5 Ideas Using Drawings

Now that you have some kid-style clipart, you may be asking, “Well, what can I do with them?!” There are so many great ways you can use kid-style drawings to create unique media. I’ve outlined 5 quick creative ways for you to get your ideas flowing!

1. Flyers

Flyers, either being sent digitally or ready for print, are a great way to advertise upcoming school events. All kid-style drawings are in PNG format, which means the background is transparent. In the example below I have layered images to create a mock up of a T-shirt in Canva.

2. Social Media

Make your social media posts fun by showcasing the products you share with your audience. Kid-style drawings can be easily inserted into your resources.

3. Thumbnails

If you sell items on sites like Teachers Pay Teachers (TPT), you know the importance of a good thumbnail and preview. Kid-style drawings help show how your resources can be used. Since the drawings are already made, all you have to do is drop them into your resources, saving you time from drawing yourself.

4. Websites

If you have a website, you can easily use drawings to add a little flair to your brand. The drawings can be used to highlight a specific area on your site or even be used as clickable icons.

5. Personalized Products

If you’re a crafty person like myself, I enjoy a good DIY! Even if you sell personalized items, you can use kid-style drawings to promote a sample of your products, such as personalized greeting cards, mugs and shirts.
